  • and you do not receive any payment for it

you may be a Carer

You can call the Carers Direct helpline on 0300 123 1053 if you need help with your caring role and want to talk to someone about what options are available to you

And/or look at the Carers Support Centre website including Carers videos in Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi and Urdu

  • Taking a break - caring for someone can be a full-time job, but it's essential that you take time out for yourself too
